For our Pilates studio services, all sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We enforce a strict cancellation policy, requiring cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiting the session. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may be denied entry to ensure safety and prevent disruption, with the session still counted as used. All class packages have a designated expiration date and are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable unless due to verified medical reasons.

Participating in Pilates involves physical exertion, and you represent that you are in good health and physically capable of engaging in our classes. It is your responsibility to inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to the session. Firmpoint and its instructors are not liable for any physical injuries, medical complications, or loss of personal property occurring within the studio premises or during online sessions.

For our online shop, we strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Payments must be completed through our approved methods before orders are processed and shipped. We are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in resolving issues with the carrier. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items, provided that an unedited unboxing video is submitted within 48 hours of delivery and the product remains unused in its original packaging.
